There is no single worldwide cruise-duck rulebook. The operator, ship master and crew control what is permitted aboard each sailing. Published policy can change, so check again near departure.
Never interfere with safety
Do not place ducks in or near emergency equipment, lifeboats, alarms, doors, machinery, navigation areas, pools, stairs or gangways. Do not conceal a duck inside furniture or containers, and never enter a restricted area.
Protect people and privacy
Use age-appropriate materials, avoid magnets or detachable batteries, keep locations accessible, and do not identify children, cabin numbers or private travel details on public tags.
