Cruise Duck QR Codes
Build reliable QR labels that preserve attribution without exposing private data or creating broken links.
Reviewed by the Cruise Life editorial teamUse a permanent destination
Cruise Life retains the established /duck route for printed labels. A QR code can include a duck token and campaign attribution while the browser keeps the Cruise Life hostname.
Keep tokens public-safe
A duck token must not encode a name, email, cabin, booking reference or account identifier. Use a random or purpose-generated public reference.
Control duplicate URLs
Tracking parameters are useful for analytics but should not become separate search results. QR landing variants remain non-indexable and point search engines to a clean canonical page.
